On my upper arms i get little pimples that itch and my skin is pretty blotchy. However, on the back of my legs and my shins my skin get soooo itchy and dry. I have no rash or bumps but my skin gets really sensitive. Ive tried e45 but that stings and ive tried sudacrem but that also stings. Any idea what this could be, or what i could do. Also it burns when i get in a shower.

Could be small ingrown hairs if it's on the backs of your upper arms and on the tops and backs of the thighs. You could have dry skin too. Get Amlactin lotion from any drug store, it will slowly slough off the dry skin and moisturize it as well. The active ingredient is lactic acid which is very mild. My daughter has this problem.
