whenever i expose my arms or legs my skin always go purple and blotchy it is really emmbarrasing how can i prevent this? HELP

My legs do that when they get a little chilled, even in summer. Keeping them moisturized helps a great deal! I use oatmeal type lotions daily to help prevent this. If it is really bothersome, check with your doctor as a more serious condition could be the cause like poor circulation.
