What is wrong with my skin (long rant)?

Ok, so I'm a 24 y/o male, and I have this horrible skin condition. People tell me its called 'rosacea' but personally, I've never seen or even heard of a person with my same problem. At times, my face becomes a hideous, very bright shade of red. Its mostly on my cheeks and a little on my neck, its very blotchy and completely asymmetrical. I never even had this problem til a few years ago, it kind of just sprang up out of nowhere. At first I thought it only happened when I drank, so I've stopped drinking, which totally sucks by the way, since I used to really love drinking socially with my friends, now I have to lie and make up excuses to not go out and have fun.

Other things that always set it off include sweating profusely, shaving, stress, nervousness, and anger. In fact, the only times its not a problem is when im at home by myself, but if im with someone (especially if its a girl) or if im out in public, I glow bright red, and I can see people looking at it and it really freaks me out and kind of makes me panic sometimes. Anyways, sorry for the long rant, but I need a way to get rid of this, permanently if possible. I know I need to see a dermatologist, but I dont even have medical insurance. What should I do? Yeah, I've googled rosacea before and the pictures I see look nothing like what I have. My condition doesnt seem to be acne-related. I dont have pimples, and my face isnt bumpy, its just red.

You could have Urticaria I have it and it's basically when you break out in hives. In those situations you mentioned. I take NeoClarityn for it and it goes completely.
