So i step in the shower and i put my shampoo in and before any body wash is applied i have White Blotchy skin conditions all over my thighs. Please i need to know whats wrong! P.S. I cant be allergic to water. Also this happens every single day in the shower. Also its pretty itchy! Also i was doing the dishes and it did the same thing!!

I'm willing to bet that you're Irish or of Northern European descent. It happens to our skin type in any temperature change. Pay attention and you'll notice that it's not just in the shower and probably not just on your thighs. The good news is, that it seems to improve with age. (I had a doctor name it for me once, but I don't remember any more!)
