every now and then i get red blotches all around my nose and on my cheeks. my skin goes all white and flakey as well. i use moisturiser. but this rash seems to come back all the time. what is it and how can i get rid????

try using bio oil. Its such amazing stuff and sorts all sorts of skin complaints. I use it on my face and has made my skin great. Its quite pricey but a little goes a long way. you can get it from most chemists
